台北市密室逃脫業者「邏思起子」5月時發生女員工扮演吊死鬼遭勒頸窒息身亡案。（資料照／中天新聞）母親透露，丈夫接獲通知後立即趕往醫院，醫師在看到女兒頸部傷勢後，並未先與業者溝通，而是直接要求家屬報警。她表示，醫師對女兒脖子上的勒痕深度感到震驚，難以想像竟會發生如此嚴重的意外。擔任警察的兒子也在第一時間致電提醒她做好心理準備，因為妹妹送醫時已呈現OHCA（到院前心肺功能停止）狀態。
醫療過程與家屬期盼
院方原本表示需持續觀察13天，家人每天都抱著最後一線希望替女兒祈禱。但母親查閱相關資料後得知，若窒息時間長達20至25分鐘，生還機率極低，心裡其實已有最壞打算。直到女兒昏迷第3天，且醫院當時告知「瞳孔已放大」，她當下就明白代表什麼，忍不住落淚說：「其實就知道回不來了，沒有奇蹟了。」最後，家屬在第5天忍痛決定拔管，不願再讓愛女繼續受苦。

事件發生經過與現場狀況
去年5月10日晚間，吳女在「邏思起子」信義旗艦館《永春醫院》關卡中飾演「吊死鬼」，疑似因道具繩索纏住頸部導致窒息。由於她當時不斷掙扎，現場玩家一度誤以為是劇情演出的一部分，直到她遲遲未再現身，同事前往查看才發現她臉色發青、已失去呼吸心跳，隨即將她救下並緊急送醫。雖然吳女送醫後一度恢復微弱生命跡象，但因長時間腦部缺氧，最終仍回天乏術。
家屬事後質疑業者未落實安全管理，已提出相關告訴，全案目前朝過失致死等方向偵辦。日前工作室負責人及現場員工分別獲30萬元、10萬元交保，並限制出境、出海；台北市勞動檢查處已勒令停業並裁罰70萬元，詳細事故原因及責任歸屬仍待檢警進一步調查釐清。
