春夏重返蔚藍海岸與科莫湖！「Heavens Portfolio」 精選義法6大奢華酒店

因應季節性氣候，歐洲多個指標性度假勝地到了秋冬關閉，每逢春季才會回歸。「Heavens Portfolio」精選法國、義大利的6間奢華酒店迎接夏季開放的酒店，不約而同延續經典奢華底蘊，更打造全新星級餐飲、主題套房及在地深度體驗，勢必能吸引眾多高端旅客關注。

位於法國南部聖特羅佩的「白馬莊園（Cheval Blanc St-Tropez）」，由建築師 Jean-Michel Wilmotte 設計打造，以清爽的白色和充滿活力的藍色為主色調，充分呼應了清亮的藍白色調呼應地中海美景，除了擁有專屬私人海灘，更有蟬聯多年的米其林三星餐廳「La Vague d’Or」坐鎮，餐後，則可搭乘Riva私人遊艇，或是漫步葡萄園、老城巷弄等，而前往由法國嬌蘭 (Guerlain) 規劃的Spa中心，也是不錯選擇。

而同樣位於法國的旺斯聖馬丁莊園（Château Saint-Martin & Spa），前身則是12 世紀的聖殿騎士團莊園，且坐擁地中海的遼闊景致，入住於此，可一享「Le Saint-Martin」以及夏季限定餐廳「L’Oliveraie」內融合在地食材融合地中海風味的菜單，更設有全新打造且配有Technogym 設備的66平方公尺健身中心，或者體驗法式滾球（Pétanque）等活動，都可充分享受運動樂趣；而「Les Estivales」夏日系列，則可現場參與音樂、戶外晚宴，或參加由荷蘭裔水彩藝術家 Margot Gerrits 親自帶領的水彩創作體驗，另夜間文化導覽行程（A Timeless Evening）則可走入擁有藝術村美譽的聖保羅（Saint-Paul de Vence），充分感受藝術家馬克・夏卡爾（Marc Chagall ）與賈克・普維（Jacques Prévert）等藝術家曾駐足的歷史街道與城牆風景，充分體驗在地文化。

已有 150 年歷史的昂蒂布伊甸豪海角飯店 （Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc） 於今年 4 月啟動新賽季，除整修套房設施，更延續別墅租賃服務，確保住客享有高度隱密的休憩空間。餐飲方面，連續五年奪得米其林一星的「Louroc」餐廳迎來六週年，以現代法式手法演繹普羅旺斯風味；今年更首度在露台增設壽司吧，為地中海假期注入東方韻味。此外，頂級「Dior Spa」結合先進健身設施與專業護理，讓賓客在精緻的法式氛圍中，達成身心平衡與全然放鬆。

義大利的度假體驗則更強調文化與生活的連結。坐落於科莫湖畔的「特雷梅佐大酒店（Grand Hotel Tremezzo）」於 3 月中旬回歸，且推出全新「Junior Suites with Park View」套房，以現代手法優雅詮釋義大利古典主義，盡覽百年花園美景，且於今年特別於 Teatro Sociale 歌劇院增設專屬包廂，提供住客預約幕後參觀與私人晚宴，深度連結在地藝文。此外，「T Spa」新增煥活肌膚療程，選品系列「Sense of Lake」亦推出多款香氛與服飾，且備有以及Aqua Como 1813 室內香氛和 Aqua Como 1813 香水等，讓旅人能一享專屬科莫湖的獨特氣味。

今年 3 月回歸的帕薩拉夸（Passalacqua），由 18 世紀貴族莊園修復而成，這座僅有 24 間套房的湖畔莊園，坐擁七英畝私人花園與碼頭。飯店致力重現義式避暑「Villeggiatura」精神，提供瑜珈、手作烘焙、偉士牌遊城及地下隧道探險等豐富體驗；夜晚則可享受露天電影院的老派浪漫。餐飲由主廚 Viviana Varese 掌杓，將在地非遺美食與「花園到酒杯」概念調酒結合，完美封存科莫湖畔的美好氣息。

坐落於丘陵間的蒙塔約內（Castelfalfi） 於 2026 年 3 月重啟，飯店由歷史煙草屋改建而成，融合佛羅倫斯工藝與鄉間美感；其中與國寶級男裝品牌合作的 「Stefano Ricci La Rocca 套房」更是美學巔峰，本季重新規劃逾 40 項深度體驗，涵蓋養蜂導覽、森林健行、獵鷹及尋找松露等在地活動。針對美食愛好者，亦提供酒莊巡禮與托斯卡尼烹飪課程；搭配 RAKxa Wellness Spa 的東方療癒手法，讓旅人在慢活節奏中，全方位感受最真實的托斯卡尼靈魂。
