「MO-MO-PARADISE 台北京站牧場」改裝後亮相！主打日式空間氛圍與日本直送的湯頭與醬汁

以日式壽喜燒等餐點而受到歡迎的「MO-MO-PARADISE」，近期「台北京站牧場」據點正式完成改裝。

改裝完成後的「MO-MO-PARADISE 台北京站牧場」，由日籍設計師打造，融合暖色木質調等元素，呈現出以一處具有自然和諧的日式風格的用餐空間，為京站商圈繁忙的用餐節奏，注入一絲溫潤與從容。

至於餐點，同樣依舊維持日本母公司原裝直送，強調日式原汁原味的湯頭與醬汁，藉以確保每一口壽喜燒與涮涮鍋，都能展現與日本同步的道地風味。

特別推薦菜色，包含兩款首度亮相的新品，其中，一道「味噌牛肉煮」，不只用餐時，可由服務人員提供經典的「蔬菜桌邊服務」，將現切優質肉品與產地直送時蔬直送餐桌，另以濃郁味噌為基底，且結合嚴選牛肉慢火熬製的湯頭與肉質，讓品嘗時，可一感油脂與甘鹹完美融合，可說是溫潤下飯的絕佳選擇。

而「烏龍冷麵」則提供冷熱雙享的驚喜，除可將 Q 彈麵體放入壽喜燒鍋底吸收醬汁精華，亦可搭配天婦羅花、蘿蔔泥與靈魂鰹魚醬汁的創意吃法，不只一麵兩吃，更可盡嘗沁心爽口的純日式風味。
