台北艾麗希爾頓格芮精選酒店裡的「LA FARFALLA」餐廳，近日以「直火慢烤巨無霸美國精選牛肋骨65盎司」的大份量食材，推出超過30公分巨無霸牛肋排與極汁爆炒骨邊肉的餐飲新菜活動，且另有多款炭烤牛排、台灣究好戰斧豬排與紐西蘭小羔羊排等新式主菜同步登場，除此，自助餐檯亦新增松葉蟹腳、北海道生食級干貝、煙燻鮭魚與現做拿破崙千層酥等多種可口菜色與甜點，讓競爭激烈的台北信義區餐飲市場更添新選擇。
同時隸屬於美國希爾頓與寒舍餐飲集團的台北艾麗希爾頓格芮精選酒店，是台北市信義區少具有花園景致與明亮採光，又能在雅緻空間中感受從容舒適的餐敘體驗的優質餐廳。而為提供消費者多元的餐飲經驗，館內的「LA FARFALLA」餐廳在正值夏季所推出的新菜，首推可雙人分享的「直火慢烤巨無霸美國精選牛肋骨65盎司」，且可以一牛二吃方式品嘗，包含將整支長約30公分以上的帶骨牛肋排，經黑胡椒與英國馬爾頓海鹽醃製、24小時低溫舒肥與炭火直烤的酥脆牛排，以及融入香醋、白糖、檸檬等佐料製作的「極汁爆炒骨邊肉」，滋味充滿醬香、酸香與辛香交織的層次。
主餐另提供多款頂級牛排選擇，包括「美國精選老饕牛排」、「台灣但馬和牛肋眼」與「日本F1和牛菲力」等，其中，「台灣但馬和牛肋眼」選用花蓮兆豐農場飼養、近年備受市場關注的源興牛，承襲日本黑毛和牛但馬血統，於台灣在地環境培育而成，兼具細緻油花、柔嫩肉質與台灣牛特有的甘甜尾韻；「日本F1和牛菲力」則採用日本黑毛和牛與乳牛交配育成的F1混種和牛，擁有均勻油脂分布與彈嫩口感，入口可感受細膩脂香與豐沛肉汁，風味濃郁卻不顯厚重。
而「台灣究好戰斧豬排」選用100%可溯源究好豬，每頭豬僅能取出6至8塊戰斧部位，肉質細嫩且風味純淨；「紐西蘭小羔羊排佐薄荷肉汁」則嚴選約六個月大的紐西蘭小羔羊，肉質細嫩鮮甜，搭配英式薄荷醬與肉汁，帶出清新草本香氣與均衡口感；海鮮主餐方面，「西西里番茄燴海鮮拼盤」集結波士頓龍蝦、北海道干貝、挪威鮭魚、透抽與淡菜等食材，主打雙人分享海味體驗。
而在享用美味主餐的同時，「LA FARFALLA」餐廳的自助吧也同步升級，新增「華爾道夫沙拉」、「義式甜菜根沙拉」、「德式洋芋沙拉」與「義大利麵沙拉」等經典品項，另在海鮮區則比照全自助餐廳規格，加入「松葉蟹腳、北海道生食級干貝、挪威煙燻鮭魚、透抽、淡菜」等冰鎮海鮮無限供應，進一步提升餐檯豐富度與吸引力。
而在甜點餐檯，則不可錯過全新推出且現點現做「拿破崙千層酥」，以法式酥皮反覆折疊烘烤，呈現焦糖化酥脆層次，搭配卡士達醬與新鮮水果，滋味絕佳；亦有胡桃派、紅絲絨蛋糕、香橙瑪德蓮等精緻甜點、哈根達斯冰淇淋與季節水果。
配合夏季新菜與餐檯升級，即日起至2026年6月30日前至「LA FARFALLA」餐廳，可享「四人同行一人免費」，相當於約75折優惠，此外，亦推出「餐券回娘家」升級方案，凡持有2025年ITF或官網販售之LA FARFALLA餐券，「現切牛排下午餐雙人券」可加贈手作甜點乙份，「鮮選自助吧雙人券」則可升級享用藍紋乳酪海鮮比薩雙人份主菜。此外，希爾頓榮譽客會會員於午餐或晚餐餐期至LA FARFALLA餐廳消費，亦可享餐飲專屬折扣，最高75折優惠，並可同步累積希爾頓榮譽客會點數。
