「自然是最高級的奢華。」這樣的精神用於安縵（Aman）共同創辦人 Adrian Zecha在日本最新打造的「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」是最恰當不過。

提到全球頂級酒店品牌，安縵一直是許多旅人心中的夢幻名單。繼廣島瀨戶田的「 Azumi Setoda」 後，安縵共同創辦人 Adrian Zecha 於日本岩手縣擁有130多年歷史的小岩井農場打造了「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」，不同於一般奢華酒店追求華麗設計，這裡沒有挑高大廳，也沒有金碧輝煌的裝潢，映入眼簾的只有遼闊牧場、原始森林、滿眼綠意，以及溫潤木質建築交織出的靜謐氛圍，讓人一踏入便不自覺放慢腳步，重新感受自然帶來的療癒力量。

至於如何抵達「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」？從台灣出發，飛抵東京後，從 JR 東京站搭乘東北新幹線前往 JR 盛岡站，車程約需 2 小時 20 分鐘，抵達盛岡站後，再搭乘接駁車，約需25 分鐘即可抵達；或是飛往日本東北的岩手花卷機場（Iwate Hanamaki Airport ）再轉乘汽車行駛約 1 小時即可抵達。

「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」座落於創立於1891年，且占地約3,000公頃的小岩井農場，此處不僅是日本規模最大的民營綜合農場之一，園區內更保存21棟被列為日本國家重要文化財的歷史建築。

「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」則在農場內打造了僅24棟的森林Villa，「Forest Villa」與「 Garden Villa」兩種房型，不只可充分保有住客的高度隱私，此外，建築物本身則由京都六角屋建築事務所建築師三浦史朗（Shiro Miura） 操刀，大量採用木材、石材等天然素材，讓建築自然融入周圍森林景觀，大片落地窗則將岩手山、新綠森林與四季光影引入室內，即使待在房內，也像置身森林之中。

「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」採全包式（All Inclusive）服務，住宿已包含早、晚餐、館內活動及盛岡車站接駁，旅客無須趕行程，另也與小岩井農場合作推出一系列季節限定體驗，包括森林散策、農場導覽、自然觀察及地方文化活動，讓旅客透過雙腳認識岩手，而不只是匆匆打卡拍照，也能農場的自在生活。

至於餐食也是品味當地風土的好地方，「AZUMA FARM Koiwai」提供西式「Dining Area」、日式「Okibi」共兩間餐廳，主廚依循四季更迭設計菜單，並透過「Farm to Table」理念，選用日本東北與岩手縣等地的食材，為主角，將牧場乳製品、山林野菜、季節蔬果、岩手牛及海鮮等製作成一道道精緻料理。
