酒店提供多種房型，包括適合商務旅客入住的標準客房，以及適合家庭與好友同行的豪華雙床房、行政雙床房等，其中，行政雙床房約37平方公尺，擁有獨立衛浴、洗手台與廁所配置，空間寬敞舒適；房內並備有加濕空氣清淨機、免費Wi-Fi、咖啡、礦泉水及完善備品，兼顧機能與舒適度。

而入住「三井花園飯店仙台」，最令人期待的莫過於18樓的大浴場。酒店以「杜之都」為概念打造泡湯空間，設有室內大浴場及露天風呂，大片光影牆設計彷彿陽光穿越森林灑落，營造靜謐放鬆的氛圍。泡湯時間從下午3點開放至凌晨1點，隔日清晨5點再度開放，無論是一早出發前，或結束一天行程後，都能透過熱湯舒緩疲勞，享受片刻寧靜。

此外，早餐也是另一大亮點，位於7樓的「BAROLO Ristorante da 1830」義大利餐廳 ，每日供應融合日式、西式與在地特色的自助早餐，其中，最受歡迎的就是現場提供的仙台名物炭烤牛舌，且透過現場料理方式，讓旅客一早便能品嚐仙台代表性美食，此外還有沙拉、麵包、熱食、日式小菜及季節料理等多樣選擇，充分展現東北食材魅力。
